Our experience with Stanley Lewis was as good as customer service gets. Our water heater died and after being given an estimate that was highway robbery I called SLPH and I could not be more grateful for all their help and kindness. Paperwork went quickly back and forth the installers came and were fast and respectful of our home. I could not recommend this company more. Michelle who answered my call was fantastic and even made me laugh during a very unfunny time. Well priced and lovely humans.

The company was very professional and fast. We called mid-afternoon and an appointment was scheduled for the following morning at 9:00 am.Two men arrived at before 9:00 and a new heater was installed by 11:30 am. They also removed the old one from the premises. Even though their cost was higher that other companies I called, I decided on Stalley Lewis based on their reputation in the community. Used when my hot water went out. They came relatively quickly and did decent work. However, there was absolutely no price transparency. I was quoted $259 for a diagnostic and ended up with a $1500 dollar bill. After several requests, i received an itemized bill. The billed included 4 hours of work at $200 dollars and hour. I was charged $200 for travel time alone. I have had better experiences with other plumbers. Will use them in the future instead. Service: Water heater repair
