I do not know where to start, I have a physical therapy office PT of the city in sheepshead bay. Two of my units did not work properly and my patients were complaining, I called 7 companies and they said just to come in they will charge 380 others said 250 hours me company said 465 which is outrageous whether they fixed the issue or not. Then I found mikes air conditioning, I made a call and I spoke to someone by the name of Jules. Right on the phone he told me what my problem was and enlightened me so much about air conditioners. He Literally gave me a 101 lesson on the phone for free. His price was more than half of what every one was going to charge me. I asked him if he can come with his crew the next day because my patients are my priority, with out hesitation he said yes. While they were here, he walked me step by step on what they are doing and it was amazing to watch the professionalism of Jules and his crew. I will use them for all of my 12 locations from now on. Very grateful
