I much enjoyed his polite, non-patronizing delivery of the straightforward explanation of what was wrong and what was needed. He completed the repairs using lead in really unfavorable weather while being cheerful throughout and providing me with frequent updates. The weather didn't affect him. I have no reservations about recommending this business and would be pleased to provide any information or recommendations.

New York City Fire Department checked out the shady roof. Repair estimate sent together with a detailed description of the proposed fixes. Exceptionally friendly and competent. The crew showed there and completed on schedule. All of the employees were quite helpful.
