After trying unsuccessfully all weekend to repair my 15 year old leaking Sears Kenmore Power Miser gas hot water heater, I gave up and called Petri at midnight on a Tuesday because I had family arriving Thursday and could not be without hot water. I left a voicemail and hoped for the best. I got a return call at 7:00am on the dot and the representative said she could have someone out to take a look at it within 30 min. I barely had time to shower and dress when I received a text that Alexsis was en route. Shortly after he called to say he was nearby and how best to contact me when he arrived. He was very professional and explained why my water heater was unrepairable, which I kinda knew already. He gave me a good quote on a replacement, I had been looking online at different manufacturers and had decided on an AO Smith already, so I was pleased when he said that's the brand his company uses. He also pointed out some details about my existing plumbing which were not ideal or best practi
Called them up two times. First time was to assess a malfunctioning boiler and get a quote on a swap. The representative who came was very presentable and representative of the brand. The quote I received was outside my budget at the time but the scope of work presented with it was certainly professional and thorough for a long-lasting system. Second time I called them up it was around the holidays to fix a plugged pigtail. Everyone's boiler systems were acting up so they were short staffed like every other company. They were professional and courteous about the exchange and when to reasonably expect service.
I had this company come out to assess installing a sump pump in our basement. The cost was too high so we declined, but the service technician was super nice and the company seemed to be reliable so we called them back to come and do yearly maintenance / cleaning on our HVAC units and check out our boiler. The first time they were supposed to come out and assess I think it was September 20th (which is also really frustrating for what we need done there really doesn't need to be an assessment + return for an actual appt to inspect a boiler or clean a HVAC unit) they were not on time and weren't going to be able to get to me until an hour and half after the scheduled window and I could not do this because I had to leave for work. So sat at home all day waiting for nothing. They rescheduled me for Friday, they suggested Thursday but I told them I was not available at any point that day. They still proceeded to call me starting at 7am on Thursday, woke me up, asking to come that morning af
