Petri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning

Recurring trouble with our Mitsubishi AC units. Previous company came out twice and initially “fixed” things last year. This year the problems were happening again. Decided to try Petri Plumbing & Heating due to neighbor’s recommendation in the building. I am glad I did that. They came out and Steve Berger (Petri technician) looked over our AC units. He quickly came to the conclusion that the PA and P5 errors we were getting are due poor installation by the developer. They were screws missing from securing the pump in the AC unit so that it wasn’t draining out the water and it lead to the motor burning out. All fixed and working smoothly now. In addition he spent time discussing other things related to the unit such as the Dry function — which isn’t for dehumidifying. Instead it is designed like individual wall units in Asia to dry clothes next to it. Even though the weather is getting better I am glad to have units now installed correctly and working correctly. I recently replaced my hot water heater via Petri Plumbing. My appointment was scheduled very quickly and I was even offered an earlier appointment when one became available. The technician (Faizon) arrived promptly at my home and did great work replacing my old hot water heater. The replacement was fast and the quality of Faizon's work was excellent.
