Called them up two times. First time was to assess a malfunctioning boiler and get a quote on a swap. The representative who came was very presentable and representative of the brand. The quote I received was outside my budget at the time but the scope of work presented with it was certainly professional and thorough for a long-lasting system. Second time I called them up it was around the holidays to fix a plugged pigtail. Everyone's boiler systems were acting up so they were short staffed like every other company. They were professional and courteous about the exchange and when to reasonably expect service.

I recently replaced my hot water heater via Petri Plumbing. My appointment was scheduled very quickly and I was even offered an earlier appointment when one became available. The technician (Faizon) arrived promptly at my home and did great work replacing my old hot water heater. The replacement was fast and the quality of Faizon's work was excellent. They even removed the old hot water heater at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. Service: Water heater installation

Way over priced almost $700 to replace a pilot light. But service was good. Petri sent over a technician to repair an issue with my high efficiency boiler. I was impressed by the professional and courteous that Curtis provided. Curtis took the time to explain the heating system to me and made sure I understood what he was replacing and why.
