I have had a consistent leak near a roof drain coming into the apartment below and multiple companies came and "repaired" it over a 3 year span. Larry and his team came diagnosed the problem quicker and accurately repaired the issue. Larry's crew replaced my old roof hatch with a new steel one with hydraulic hinges. They also addressed some flashing that was worn out. Excellent work. Great quality. Super nice guys. On time, worked fast. Well-priced. I highly recommend.
