Terribly disappointed “ with them” I actually thought they was going to do the job” just to give you a detail of my experience with them” they were my 2nd choice after the first plumbing Company I called never showed up’ at the time they said they was going to come after repeated calls ‘ than I called Philco it started off good with my conversation with the secretary and we nailed down a time”she said I would get an email confirmation’ which I did” so far so good” and they did come at the time they said they would come before 2-4:00 pm they wanted to charge me 1,300 dollars to change out an 2”by 18” inch cast iron pipe which I thought was a lil to high but I was willing to work with them” and ask if they look at another vertical pipe behind a standup shower in the basement’ and see if I can get a better deal by giving them another job” and they may give me a lil discount’ but I was willing to pay to fix the first broken leaking pipe” the mechanic on site ‘ said his boss would call me b

I've used Philco several times, big and small jobs. They are always professional, reliable, and always do terrific work. No matter the size of the job, they make me feel like I'm their most important customer. Great guys! Would highly recommend!
