We just bought a new house in January and every time it rained heavy the basement would flood. David and Joshua arrived to assess the problem. They recommended installing a new drain in our backyard. Now when it rains the water stays outside. We are very much at peace now.

I reached out to Switch and Fix to have a garbage disposal installed and a reverse osmosis water filter installed. Communicating with Jasmine who *seems* to do admin but really just answers the phone and Brian the technician has been extremely difficult to put it nicely. Jasmine who was admittedly new to the job seemed to have zero knowledge of plumbing, installation, pricing so she would transfer me to Brian who has been inconsistently responsive. Trying to get a proper estimate so I know how much products and services costs was like pulling teeth. I'd have to call and text multiple times a day to even get a response and it would take weeks to get any iota of information. They did get around to installing the garbage disposal which was fine, but ultimately ghosted me on the water filter. They run their business as if they don't want to make money, so why should I have to bend over backwards to give them my business. It makes no sense. Service: Garbage disposal installation
