As it always does, Premier HVAC responded within a few hours to a problem with my AC unit cooling properly. They diagnosed the problem, made temporary repair and returned in a couple of days to install a replacement part. They checked with me to be sure that I was comfortable in the enduring heat wave. Came back to my apartment with a busted radiator and water leaking everywhere. Premier HVAC was very understanding of my situation and was able to help me immediately getting people out to me the day of. From their dispatch to the project manager they were very kind and helping through this unfortunate situation providing excellent customer service and follow up calls to ensure my situation was resolve quickly to mitigate any more damage.
