PREMIER provided boiler repair for my house as well as AC maintenance for my mini-split units. They did great job with a coil cleaning, checked my boiler for proper operation, and everything works perfect now. I highly recommend their services, i will definitely reach out to them next time. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Similar to another review, they charged me over $1k for 3 hours of diagnosis. They take their sweet time to dust your air conditioner filter to kill time when that isn’t even the problem. The problem wasn’t fixed after a week. I called them to figure out next steps. They said they’d call me back next day and never did. I ended up replacing my entire HVAC unit.
I contacted Premier last week to take care of the Fujitsu split unit that had a problem where the evaporator was leaking water. They quoted a price of $295.00 for the service. I asked if this is the total cost. I was told that it is unless the service takes more than one hour. I agreed with cost. The next day I got an email with an invoice of $511.71. I called the company complaining that the original cost was quoted at $295.00. She promised to talk to the owner and get back to me but never did.
