They did a great job on replacing my air entire conditioning system (compressor and three wall units). It was a really tough job given I'm on a 4th floor walk up and previous equipment was so outdated, but Michael problem solved and worked tirelessly and efficiently to get me air again. My ductless air conditioners weren’t working. When I called, Mike gave me detailed steps to try to see if i could fix/reset it myself, to save me the cost of an assessment/diagnostic fee - which is fantastic and so kind. Unfortunately I still had the issue. But Vincent was incredibly professional, thorough, and helpful on what the options were to fix problem. They were a responsive and transparent team and it’s nice to have work done by kind, honest, and competent people! Services: Ductless heating & A/C services, A/C system repair, A/C system maintenance
