My ductless air conditioners weren’t working. When I called, Mike gave me detailed steps to try to see if i could fix/reset it myself, to save me the cost of an assessment/diagnostic fee - which is fantastic and so kind. Unfortunately I still had the issue. But Vincent was incredibly professional, thorough, and helpful on what the options were to fix problem. They were a responsive and transparent team and it’s nice to have work done by kind, honest, and competent people! Services: Ductless heating & A/C services, A/C system repair, A/C system maintenance

On multiple occasions they've come out and not only diagnosed and fixed the problem, but were able to explain the issue and gave me clear and understandable options.
