We had a partial garage roof collapse from the November storm. I don't remember how we found All Access, but we are so happy we did. Matt was responsive, professional, caring and attentive to our concerns and requests. He worked with our insurance company without issue. We are so happy with our garage roof rebuild and restoration, that we've contacted All Access and his sub-contractors for additional repairs and services not associated with storm damage. Matt runs a well oiled machine/company. We work from home and we were amazed at how logistically proficient this company is. We will recommend them every chance we get! Matt has completed two jobs for us now. The first back in 2022 where we had the siding replaced on the backside of our house. Crew showed up and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Matt was thorough in his communication and always makes sure the customer is happy with the final outcome. Any issues that arose he would handle very quickly and efficiently. Second project that All Access completed was my deck repair in July of 2023. At first I thought we could salvage any decent deck boards and replace the rotten ones. Upon further review we had to replace all of them, along with new stairs. Again, Matt and his crew were up front and communicative throughout the whole process. Couldn't be happier with the work Matt and his crew have completed for me and will use them for future projects as they come up.
