All of the crew from All Access Builders were incredibly professional, efficient, and helpful. Matt returned my initial call promptly and kept in constant communication with me. The crew worked well together as a team. They made sure my property was well protected with tarps, and made sure that everything was 100% cleaned up after the work was completed. The price was Extremely fair. There was a bit more work than originally estimated and Matt worked with my insurance company to bill therm directly. All Access Builders is the BEST CONTRACTOR I have ever worked with...by far. Matt was quick to respond when I reached out to him to build a roof over my back porch and replace the roof on my garage. There were several things to work out regarding designing the build, getting the permit etc. Matt gave me updates without having to chase him down. That alone sets All Access apart from most other contractors I have worked with. The work was scheduled promptly as soon as the required paperwork was available, and the work was done meticulously. Bottom line: I knew what to expect, the work was done excellently and without hassle, and any concerns encountered along the way were promptly and professionally dealt with. Matt from All Access responded to my request for a free estimate within a few hours, evaluated the condition of my roof and was upfront about additional work that may be required. The written estimate was clear as to labor/material costs for additional work. Costa, the crew leader for the job, is very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. In addition to leading his skilled team in completing the job in a timely manner, with an excellent finished product he gave me some tips on exterior maintenance. In the end my wife and I are pleased with the all aspects of our experience with All Access.
