The best source for HVAC ducts and duct parts in WNY. Huge inventory of sheet metal duct parts, domestic and commercial, spiral duct, ductboard, flex duct. Great prices even without opening an account.
This place stocks everything for the HVAC business that the other places don't.
Terrible customer service! I needed a part to repair my AC, So I called to find out if they had it. I read all of the numbers off of the part to the guy on the phone, he looked it up and said they had several in stock. So I drove all the way out there— 40 minutes round trip—- and they didn’t have it. There were 2 guys at the counter, and when I protested that I had specifically called, one of them shrugged and said, “well you didn’t talk to me.” Meanwhile the guy I DID talk to was sitting there sheepishly not saying anything. They were completely unapologetic. If you screw up, just say sorry. Bunch of jerks
