Everyone from Dugas was wonderful. Paul came out on the weekend to give us a quote for upgrading an outdated system. The crew arrived on time and were very pleasant and approachable. Dan walked me through what they were going to be doing and answered any questions we had along the way. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished before their estimated time. All the work they did looks great! I will definitely be using Dugas for any future work and referring them to any one who ask. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
I'd previously hired a different electrician to upgrade my 100A residential service to 200A, to make room for new electric appliances and an EV charger. The other company dawdled for a month and a half before I canceled the project, at which point I called Paul Dugas. He got a quote back to me within 24 hours, and had my panel upgrade done 3 days after I'd approved the quote. The crew was timely, speedy, and thorough. Couldn't be happier.
