A good experience all around from estimate to finished product on a tear-off roof replacement.. They showed up, got to work, and left the property clean at the end of each day. First and foremost I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandma, Carolyn. She is dictating... Where to begin, my house was missing corners, missing gutters, but most of all desperately needed a full paint job. The employees from Mann Construction were very professional, very punctual, and very hard workers. Not only were they beyond helpful but the workers were friendly and respectful. My house now looks repaired, painted, and like a whole brand new house. My neighbors have been walking by complimenting the house before we get a chance to exchange greetings. I'd recommend Mann Construction to any and all friends and family. I'm so happy with the new and improved look of my home. During the spring, I had shingle begin to blow off of my 12'x16' widows watch ontop of the second floor of our home. My wife and I reached out to close to 20 businesses for the sole purpose a complete year off of the widows watch and install metal roofing to match the main roof of the house. Based on the smaller job, risk, and limited work area, I typically didn't get a response from businesses or would be told "we'll take a satellite imagine and send a quote" without any follow up. Mann was one of the few companies to promptly reply, schedule a timely visit for a quote, get up on the roof, and provide a quick estimate turnaround. We signed our contract with them and we're given an estimated time frame when work would be completed. Work ended up being completed around the time they estimated to.
