Matt and the team from HomePro Solutions are an answer to a prayer for our rental property! We had been dealing with a less than reputable property management company who charged for repairs but did not complete the jobs, and as we live out of state, we could not check their work easily. Matt went in and not only provided quotes on work that we requested, but also provided itemized quotes for work we may need in the future, so we could plan ahead or get the work over and done on the same visit. The work he completed was done the day he said it would be, at the price he quoted, and based on the photos he sent (and our tenants rave reviews) we are very happy with the work they did. He also spent time alleviating the concerns of our tenant who is usually apprehensive about workmen in her unit, which caused her to call us gushing about him.
