Ed Young's Plumbing

We had Ed Young’s Plumbing come to install a new toilet in our home. I was very pleased that they were able to offer appointments only a few days away from when I called. Their plumber called during the work window before he arrived. He was prompt, courteous and did excellent work. We will certainly use Ed Young’s again and recommend them to our friends. The store is okay. It's convenient because it's close to my house, however they don't have parts all the time and the employees have been outright rude at times refusing to help. I'm a bit apprehensive and going to this store because of that fact. On the times you do find an employee who is helpful then the process goes smoothly so it's not all bad.

They installed a new Pfizer faucet after exactly 2 years. It is is loose and I requested repair. I was told because I provided the faucet, they were not responsible and when I objected (we have been loyal customers) he hung up on me. Incredibly rude. Service: Faucet installation
