Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic plumber, Trey, to help with a clogged drain in my home. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. He quickly assessed the situation and determined that the clog was deep in the pipes. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and updated on his progress. After the blockage was removed, he thoroughly cleaned the area and even gave me some helpful tips on how to prevent clogs in the future. Overall, I cannot recommend Trey enough. The repair work was done in a timely fashion, but made sure that every detail was handled with expertise. I was experiencing recycling water into sump pump for months with no luck in solving. Called Rotor Rooter. James & David came out right away identifying the problem. Then Kevin & Tom arrived. They got down on hands knees & belly to dig down to reach broken pipe by downspout. They finally reached the pipe and was able to make the repairs. It took a lot of effort in fighting all the roots & slade surrounding the job. Kudos to them for not giving up. The dig was deeper than expected. Definitely a 5 star job.
