Truly satisfied with the WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM at T-Mark. The whole team from start to finish was great. I would definitely recommend T-Mark and you there services again. I truly loved they fact that they text a picture of the technician that will be showing up to your house. Show that this company also have safety concerns for the customer. I allowed T-Mark to remove a few sections of my brand new fence in order to get access to a main they needed to fix. They gave assurances that it would be repaired back to “perfect” condition. However, their workers were taking sledgehammers to it, and even running and jumping into it to break it down. They just put the broken pieces back up and tried to leave it like that. Then when I inquired I was told they’ll pay for what needs to be fixed. Now it’s been over a month and we still have a broken fence and no resolution in sight. My advice is to go with a more reliable and trustworthy company for your next project. Service: Sewer repair
What a wonderful experience with T-Mark. Our technicians name was Dave, and he gave us the scoop on our A/C unit which wasn't cooling down the house. Our unit is 25 years old (We just bought the house last year) and Dave let us know that even though it was old, the mechanics (motors/moving parts) seemed to be running fine, but the coolant/coils were not. He gave us ALL the options, and we DID NOT feel pressured to make a choice. We went with option A - the coolant top up option for now, to see if we could get a little more time with the old beast of a unit. Option B - is a replacement and we will 100% be calling T-Mark again when the time comes to lay this old dinosaur of an A/C unit to rest and install a new one.
