I have been with Austex Heating & Air Conditioning for 2 years, using their seasonal maintenance, they have always been very helpful and there service technician was great. I use them at both my home and my business, great customer service and reasonable pricing.
I called this company to help repair a few leaks in the freon tube. They patched it up, having to cut several sections of wall (which haven’t been replaced) and recharged the system to finally have cool air. However, just to obtain a receipt was time consuming. Sadly, the system started leaking water and that was dripping through the ceiling, and I had to call the tech. Apparently the technician who came and did the work was fired, and I had to call the company again. I’ve called twice and it’s the same thing over and over again... “I’ll give your number to a technician to reach out to you.” I never got any contact back. I’m not happy with how this situation was dealt with. This is unorganized and not what a customer should expect when dealing with a company that is “5 stars”.
One of the bet experiences I have had with a technician! Dan was very professional, cleaned up area where he worked and repaired problem quickly. Also explained how to prevent problem from happening again. Thank you!
