Alex is the best. He is a professional who knows his business. A lot of work was necessary. For one the P-trap was crumbling and had a hole in it. It was replaced along with another pipe. I found Alex to have a pleasant personality in spite of my dog barking. The work and cleanup was the best. I will only use This company. I had no problems with Citywide. I made my appointment, confirmed, and the plumber came on time. He was courteous, professional and great attitude. Our main drainage pipe had become a nightmare. Literally. He was expeditious in his work and took his time to get rid of all the gunk. The price was not bad either considering the horror our main drainage pipe had become. Will call Citywide again. We had a plumber but he retired. Now Citywide will be our plumber. Service: Drain cleaning
