They came to my mom's residence to give an estimate for repairing a generator. Not only did they not take the time to come into the house to explain to my disabled mother what their inflated charge would amount to, but they billed her $190 for the estimate ("service call"), despite performing no work. We then went with Brookville Electric, who serviced the generator for a fraction of the cost. Service: General repairs

We are in the middle of our second large job with Albertson Electric (AE). We have had them do other small jobs as well. We can’t fully express how happy we are with them. How often do you have any type of home contractor arrive early, call to let you know, then approach your house at the exact moment they said they would arrive, finish in the time specified initially, leave no mess, and price the job at far below what their competitors did? They are so professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and friendly that the hassle of home repairs is completely eliminated. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I only wish they did every type of contracting so I’d never have to deal with anyone else. Thank you AE and Joe Jr.! You are fantastic!

Paula and Rebecca in the office went above and beyond! They are wonderful to deal with, have tons of patience and turned a nightmare into a pleasure!
