Salt point really does not pay very good attention to detail. They placed this tile floor and were supposed to come back and install the toilet and sink. The cutout for toilet flange too big, and they failed to check for clearance for the toilet to fit where the existing plumbing is. Now we will need to pay a plumber to move the fixture and another company to redo the tile. All of these costs are really starting to add up, and they will reimburse us for all the repairs we need to do. Now I understand why they do not want to come back, they do not really feel like spending the extra time. Great warranty. Thank you Ken and Jim.

The entire team was a pleasure to work with. From on-time work completed to absolute professionalism - it was a wonderful experience. I look forward to working with Ken, Keith and the entire team again. I can't say enough good things about the craftsmanship and pride they take in their work! They remodeled a basement bathroom that was in desperate need to be, not only updated, but made safer and suitable for guests. They took all of my considerations into account and surpassed my expectations. Additionally, the were on time and delivered when promised. Beyond what you hope for in a contractor - good craftsmanship and fair pricing - I was also impressed with how 'taken care of' I felt throughout.

Salt Point Services constructed storm windows to replace missing storms on our historic home. The result is excellent and we will definitely use again as the need arises.
