I wish I could give 0 stars. They employees are hard working people but that's where the positives end. My father worked for the company for 30 years. The owner agreed to contribute to his retirement. Well his money was taken out of his check but it was not always going into his retirement fund. The company took advantage of him and he was too sick to spend the energy fighting them for it. He has since passed and it was never rectified. Be warned you will get great electrical work but you will be supporting a company that does this to their loyal employees.

I was a first time customer, just moved to NY. Power went off in half my house around noon time. Our condo maintenance man recommended Zacher. Zacher said they would try to fit me in by the end of the day. They arrived about 3:00PM, repaired and upgraded my electrical box and we're gone by 3:45pm. Couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. The problem was solved and the charge was very reasonable. They could have over charged me but they didn't. Zacher is my new electrician.
