Bill spent multiple days right before Thanksgiving at our house trying to fix our 20-year-old furnace. Multiple people had already come and either flaked or told us we needed to replace it. He managed to fix it and saved us thousands of dollars. While trying to fix it, Bill stayed on hold with the manufacturer for over 2 hours before finally getting some technical support. He is honestly an angel.
I have done business with Owen's and Sons for decades. The main phone number gave me a prompt return call and someone answered my questions or came to do measurements, etc. I am awaiting for a scheduling and materials quote to get my job completed soon.
Bill Owens and Sons are FABULOUS. Been using them for years. Reasonably priced. Excellent service. Very professional and personable. Absolutely trustworthy. They are a local family-owned business (I think 3 generations) that are highly dependable.
