I purchased a residence that had been empty for four years with very little TLC of the hot water boiler or the A/C compressor. I have had both Chris and Brenden troubleshooting and updating components, and both did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and the cost of performing the work. Made several appointments with us and then they canceled. We had an emergency situation with a broken pipe so it was extremely frustrating to be told they would be there and then get a call and have appointment canceled. We finally went with another company and we’re happy with their service.

We have used Piccarelli for 3 plumbing jobs in a row now and every time they have done a great job. Brendan specifically has been knowledgeable and does the job right. Prices are fair and they are professional and on time. Highly recommend!
