Emerald Heating & Cooling

Our experience with Emerald Heating and Cooling was a positive one from start to finish. Speaking to Alyssa on the phone when we made the initial call had us feeling confident about our choice to reach out to Emerald for our central air needs. She was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and was able to schedule someone to come out to our house the next day. Our technician Kenny did exceptional work. He communicated well throughout the entire project and was very respectful of our property. Our new system looks nice and neat inside and out and works fantastic. Kenny was also gracious enough to work with our landscaping crew and coordinate work so we weren’t without AC for more than a day. We appreciate him going the extra mile to keep us comfortable. We 100% recommend Emerald Heating and Cooling and look forward to working with them in the future. By the way, we love the duck commercials we hear on the radio. :)

Had a great experience. The estimate was up front and quick. Price was reasonable. The three service techs did a total replacement of my furnace and added AC. They were courteous and respectful, cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
