I used to own several properties. So I had to call many contractors for different things. out of a few dozen there is only a couple that I would call back and Lancaster plumbing is at the top of that list. You will wish all contractor experiences were this good.

Our Air Conditioner wasn't working and when I reached out, Mike was here in less than 24 hours. He was polite, professional, and explained exactly why it wasn't working and what he was going to do about it. Our house is nice and cool again and I will definitely recommend both their HVAC and plumbing services to anyone I know!

I called on the recommendation of another plumber to have my kitchen faucet repaired. Two plumbers showed up. David told me I needed a new faucet but he didn't have one on the truck. Tony stayed behind and sat on my deck while David went to get a new faucet. He had to make two trips because he brought the wrong one the first time. I kept asking for an estimate but David said he wouldn't know until the job was done. David installed the new faucet and said the total was $680. He gave me no itemized bill and no explanation of the costs. Tony did nothing. I called the office to get an itemized breakdown of what I had just paid for. They referred me to David and I had to speak to him. He was rude and disrespectful because I dared to ask what I had actually paid for. Terrible customer service and overpriced for a kitchen faucet replacement. Service: Faucet installation
