Tom Jean runs his company with integrity, and it shows in his team. Sue, in the office, is always so kind on the phone. And Pete just came to service my AC system and was friendly, polite, and professional. And when he was leaving, he knocked on the door and showed me that one of my front steps was loose, then offered to nail it down for me, because he didn't want anyone to trip! Syracuse Energy Systems to the rescue. We had our furnace repaired about a month ago. The staff was very responsive, efficient and courteous. They took no time to delay in making sure we were taken care of. Fast fwd to today when our furnace stopped producing heat again before the Christmas storm. Sue was so sweet and kind making sure I felt our problem was important to them. Craig came out in a timely manner and was able to fix the problem right away at no charge.
