Our furnace went out during a Saturday night so we got up to a cold house Sunday morning. I called Agway and soon had a return call from a approved contractor who made arrangements to come out that same morning. The problem was soon diagnosed and repaired. Great service!!

I have been a loyal Agway customer for several years. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received. I have found Agway to be very pro-active in keeping their customers well informed about many safety issues and regularly communicates safety tips, savings discounts and more. I would highly recommend Agway as they are a superior energy service company.

In the last year we have had to call Agway for EnergyGuard services. One was in the winter with the furnace at Christmas. They came out right away, fixed the problem and paid for it. Then this summer our air conditioner stopped working. This time it was a bigger problem and more expensive but Agway covered it all. I have been telling all our friends that Agway is the way to go just for the EnergyGuard alone.
