I have had a great experience from start to finish with Buffalo Energy. I worked with Will who explained all the incentives I was eligible for, the process to apply and time-frame to get everything completed. It was so simple and I had all the work done the following Monday after the paperwork was completed. Installation was quick and done in one day. Would recommend for anyone looking to get energy efficient upgrades done like I did.

I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more customer-focused representative than Justin. We worked with him and Buffalo Energy on two projects over a couple of years. In the first one, in particular, we has some uncertainties about the right course of action relative to insulating the house. Then the project was back-burnered due to COVID. Justin hung in there and patiently answered all my questions, and we got it done. The second project was much more straightforward, and I was extremely pleased with how quickly Justin was able to schedule the work. He's also great with follow-ups to make sure the work was done right.
