We had a leaky outdoor spigot. I called Cellino Plumbing at the very end of the day and they were still able to get me an appointment for a service visit the very next morning. I really appreciate that they text you when they are on their way and they also tell you the name of your plumber and send their picture - it definitely makes you feel safer to know who is coming to your door. Highly recommend!

Dan the technician was awesome. Problem was when I scheduled the appointment and they give you a 4 hour window and you let them know you’re coming from out of town and they call again during that window and tell you they can’t make it during that window. I’m updating my original review since I’ve had a few more experiences with Cellino. I don’t have the words to express how grateful I am for everyone I’ve dealt with in the last few days with my plumbing issues. I’m a single mom of three and had water backup into my basement, and completely panicked. Everyone that I’ve spoken with on the phone or my interactions with those that came out to my house have been professional, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and made me feel very taken care of. Prices/quotes are fair and made manageable with a financing option (through third party on website). I’ll never use another plumber/furnace/water heater…whatever else they do…company again!
