George and his team are top notch! I had an issue with an old AC unit that needed to be cleaned. He made sure that the job was done right and came back several times to ensure everything worked. I highly recommend him and GMA. Their prices are very reasonable and they are honest people who take great pride in their work. He is very knowledgeable as well and will have a solution for whatever your needs are! I have so much to say about this hvac company but I will keep it as short and simple as I can. Whatever the service you request from them, they will tell you that they charge 185/hr. If you ask them for an estimate they will never tell you allowing them to maximize their hours to maximize their pockets. This is exactly what happened in my case. The owner and technician George went in to analyze the issue my business was having, and after he analyzed the issue I asked around how much will everything cost me because I don't have a lot of money at hand at the time. His reply ? Well it was only was that the part itself cost around 370 with shipping. Did he actually answer my question about the job itself? No... because they know that if you are not their to monitor them they will take as long as they want to make the most money they can out of you which was my case.
