I was given this company's info. by my building's management to put together a steel frame bed that was in four pieces. It was a really straightforward project, the item was just heavy and awkward and needed two people to lift the components. It took three weeks to get an appointment (which they tried to move to a weekend in the interim and at the last minute) and I took the afternoon off work to meet them. They took one look at the instructions, said they weren't sure they could even complete it in the four hours they had allocated and were going to lunch before even starting. When I called the company to get a better understanding of why they would show up only to turn around an leave for lunch before doing any work (and why the they thought it would take four hours, which seemed like a hugely overinflated estimate) they could not say. Everyone, from the dispatch office to the workmen they sent over were rude and unprofessional from the get go. Then the workmen left without doing any
