We had another company tell us we had to have new furnace. We wanted second opinion. Thankfully our instincts were correct. When I told them my elderly mother was so upset they were there within the hour. The technician was very thorough and reassured us we did not have to get a new furnace. Thank you. Great job!. Our technician was awesome.
My technician was absolutely wonderful. I was running a few minutes behind due to working 15 minutes from home, he waited for me to get there, and was ready as soon as I did arrive. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had he could answer. He worked very well with my warranty company and made sure that I was comfortable with the work. I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone I know that has AC issues.
