Sewer backed up. I was skeptical about the Google reviews, but I felt comfortable with Balkan. I called Balkan and within 20 minutes, I received a call from George. When I heard “George” I remember the review from Diane Inez. For that moment, I was so convinced to use Balkan. He came in a timely manner. I showed to him the backed up area. He was not only thorough, but also knowledgeable. He started explaining the cause and effect of how pipes run in the house. Wow! Very professional and experience person. I've had a chronic problem of drain clogs over the past year. The city has been doing work on my street where sand and other items are being pushed into my sewer and sanitary lines. I've called several $49.95 services but none of them have been able to help clear the clogged lines. They've brought their snakes only to tell me something has collapsed or I need to dig up my pipes to see whats wrong, one person told me I probably have a tree root. I got tired of paying 49.95 for services that didnt work, and decided to reach out to George at Balkan. I am so glad I did. His experience and patience alone was worth every penny. He cleared my sewer drain in less than 10 minutes!! I am not kidding, 10 minutes.. all the nasty water smell was finally gone.
