I called another company that 'fixed' my problem but the issue resurfaced in 2 days. Called them back to address but got the worst run around for about 4 days. Looked up reviews before calling the next company and stumbled on this company. I was blessed to get George, a true gentleman that clearly cares about his work, ethics and the people he serves. Very hard these days to get people that keep their word and give you the honest truth. I highly recommend George and Balkan if they have more Georges. The guy is golden, a rare breed. My husband and I had a plumbing problem. We called for service and George came to see what our issue was. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and the most honest we have ever encountered. Sewer backed up. I was skeptical about the Google reviews, but I felt comfortable with Balkan. I called Balkan and within 20 minutes, I received a call from George. When I heard “George” I remember the review from Diane Inez. For that moment, I was so convinced to use Balkan. He came in a timely manner. I showed to him the backed up area. He was not only thorough, but also knowledgeable. He started explaining the cause and effect of how pipes run in the house. Wow! Very professional and experience person.
