The Home Depot

The cashier name is “JASON” from Building Material side are so much Rude and Unprofessional. I picked up some bricks from garden department which was on sale and didn’t have any bar code, he wanted to charge me for the different item which has more price than the actual price. I asked him to check with manager or someone who is from that department. He is so much lazy and didn’t want to check the price, instead he started shouting and yelling and me using “F” words. I called the manager and told her everything. The way he behaved and acted with customers are totally unprofessional and unexpected for such a big company.

The returning woman isn't honest. I gave her 13 items, she just refund for 12 items. 1. When I submitted all item at beginning, she feel one of them is hard to scan. 2. she quickly pick out the one item she didn't scan for returning after I told her that she missed one item. Of course, she know which one she didn't scan into the system. She thought I won't count the items on the receipt, well, most people don't do. but I did it just because I remembered another honest handling I encountered before with this woman.

Today I visited home Depot to pay my home Depot card and do a little light shopping. I was able to find everything I was looking for. The store was well staffed and clean. I purchased a diamond file and cordless Dremel rotary tool. I got the brushless motor version. I also was able to get a glass and stone polishing kit. Very excited. I drove from Ithaca to shop at this store in particular.
