Blanding Electric

We had used them for a simple light switch fix. There was only one man sent. He was only here for 15 to 20 minutes. We get a bill for almost $300. They're explanation for the "additional labor" (as it was listed on the bill for an extra $95) was his driving time. We were quoted $200 and was never told about the driving time. I mean I didn't think he was going to cross his arms and genie his way here, but I didn't think they would charge for that either. They are straight up crooks and will never use them again. We used Blanding Electric to upgrade our electric service to 200 amps. They replaced the exterior electrical box and wiring from the road to our house, and installed a new 200 amp service panel in our garage. The wiring job inside the panel was very neat and well done. Putty was used on wiring coming into the house from outside to prevent any water damage to the interior. Took a little over half a day. Overall great job - would use Blanding again. I’m so overjoyed with the new electric service panel I can’t begin to explain. This young man Mike was amazing. He had such a complicated job to figure out & he did it. I’m still jumping for joy when I go out in my garage & see this. We never had any breaker boxes, just fuses all these years. Now I can have central air .
