I'll just add to last years... they are awesome. Jenn reached out to me to schedule my yearly maintenance. They will show up when they can and leave a door tag that it's done. Ambrose all the way!!! Yet again, Ambrose to the rescue. I gotta say everyone with this organization is amazing. Panicked a week or so ago because I realized the generator wasn’t exercising as expected. Panel was dead. Well. Dead battery. Was a Sunday. Possible issues with Hurricane Henri looming. I pulled the battery myself and was able to get a new one. Here’s where Ambrose comes to the rescue. I call on Monday. Maybe a bit miffed that something was missed. Charging system not working. Battery was old but not THAT old. Talk to service. Immediate scheduling of a tech to come out and verify charging system was good and it was just the battery. Batteries go bad. And they go bad quick. Nothing to be done about that. When looking to get a generator installed, Mike was awesome at coming over to give a quote and was very responsive to all of my questions by email. The quote was lower than their competitors, and they installed it much faster than expected. The crew was very courteous not to get any dirt on the floors of the house, and they did a great job of teaching us how to operate and maintain the equipment. I'm very impressed with their service!
