DO NOT , DO NOT, DO NOT , use this horrible company. We contacted this company , they sent out a "subcontractor" who was not a plumber and NEVER fixed the problem, their prices are EXTREMELY EXORBITANT, when I called to express concern, they first denied knowing the subcontractor and had a totally hands off approach. Ultimately they acknowledged that yes they were the ones who sent out the subcontractor and then attempted to charge us another $2500 for something the subcontractor charged us $1600 for, this happened within the same week. All these people care about is money, they are THIEVES who take people money without fixing anything and who take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. There is a reason they have such horrible reviews recently. Trust me, I wished I had listened., DO NOT USE THEM ! They are very friendly, helpful, professional. Our bathroom sink goes down slow so we needed it fixed. Well it was not an easy repair like just snake and be done. Eric was very professional nice and explained everything to us before he did anything. Then like I said it wasn't an easy job, Dan come over explained everything to us gave us a good and worst case scenario. Dan answered any question we had and explained in terms we could understand. Like I said EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Even the people who set up the appointments are WONDERFUL!! Would definitely hire again in the future if needed hopefully not needed. If you are planning to use Roto-Rooter for anything in the future, don’t. I had one of the most upsetting experiences with multiple members of their team, including the owner. We were in a pinch and needed assistance with a sink installation - when the employee arrived he hadn’t been here for more than 2 minutes, gave me a quote and I kindly passed on their wildly overpriced estimate. What baffled me was that while I was making the appointment I asked if they had an approximate cost for projects like this, and the receptionist replied “They’ll need to see it first”, however when he arrived he had an entire book of costs stating exactly what a sink install would be. From there he refused to leave our property unless we paid him $100 for his travel to my home. I would have NEVER agreed to even use this company if I was told ahead of time how pricy it would be, which is where the scam of it all comes into play. While the employee stood on my front porch refusing to leave, I called the sho
