Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Am so disappointed with this company, they sent a plumber to fix my blocked draining system. When I flash or use water upstairs it starts to overflow from our bathtub and toilet downstairs. They sent the technician Paris , to come fix it Saturday December 24th at 11:35. He said my bill was 700 dollars without looking at the problem or checking out the situation first. When I said the price is too much he said i should just pay him a 100 dollars for just showing up that he has other job to do , 3 spent hour's without fixing it . Said we should pay him 311 dollars that he will come back on 26th with is manager to fix the problem. My husband did pay him because I was to work that evening I went to bed. When I woke up I asked if the problem was fixed my husband said no. , I was angry,sad and disappointed how someone will leave without doing the job they are called to do on Christmas eve day, no compassion, how are we supposed to cook or use the bathroom on Christmas day? I had to look

Do not use this company. The first red flag should have been the $100 they charge just to come out. Had our main sewer line "cleared" on 11/11 and 1.5 months later it was clogged again. $540, 3 times what I've paid in the past for the same service. Roots were pulled out when the service was performed and I was told that the roots probably grew back. During the winter. Really? Spoke to the owner and he is beyond unprofessional. Do your research, I wish I did. This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, there's a reason for it. Call Rotor-Matic. No charge just to come out, no extra charges for emergency service. Super professional. Service: Drain cleaning

I’ve always had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter; dispatch always sends out Ralph, who is fantastic. He does excellent work, always recognizes me and is very amiable, and remembers previous work done in our home. We’ve used them to put in shutoff valves at a sink, install a new utility sink & faucet in the basement, put in a new pressure regulator, and run a new waterline for the fridge (including removing 2 dangerous saddle valves!). Pricing is not low but it is fair and quotes given are accurate & work is done right the first time. I would recommend them to anyone!
