Their rate goes to overtime after 4p no matter how long a job takes. It's annoying to pay $105/hr extra for the 1 hour out of a total 2.5 hour job that went past 4p. Hired M&M to assist with a dishwasher install that required modified plumbing in order to accommodate the new unit. M&M work is fine and job done. Lesson learned: Read the fine print on rate information and expect to get charged overtime ($210/hr becomes $315/hr) if they work past 4p. If scheduling them for the afternoon, the probability of paying overtime is real.
