The person withe wax ring issue that cost $700 with serious damage to the floor, non-English speaking plumber and gaslighting by Neha, aka Nancy, sounds familiar. In my opinion these people behave dishonestly. They make simple issues seem more difficult so they can keep on charging. They do not necessarily know the hires who are not on staff. Then zero accountability. Avoid Neo Plumbing! A sham operation for sure. It’s over a year now and I am still recovering from my experience with Neo.????????

My building manager referred me to Neo Plumbing when I had a leak in my bathroom, I called them and they were able to schedule the plumber the same day. The plumber, Nick was very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to find and fix the leak within an hour. Great job, will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs. I cannot give a review concerning the work of this company because they never bothered to show up for the scheduled appointment. Nobody called, nobody came. My family and I remain without hot water and must find a company that will at least show up or call. This is all I know of this company. Service: Water heater repair
