Person did not show up within 2 hour window, as promised. I called 4 times over the next 1.5 hours. On the 4th call, the customer service rep finally told me the truth and said the technician isn't responding to them. Prior to that, they kept telling me they would get me an ETA for arrival, but they never did. Terrible customer service and not truthful. They simply expected us to keep waiting. This is not a business you want to use. It's not worth it. If they just apologized and said they needed to reschedule from the beginning, it would have been acceptable, but they didn't do that. I wasted so much time waiting and then had to call repeatedly just to get a straight answer.

Our kitchen shelf is as good as new after Kips Bay Fast Handyman Services fixed it! I am greatly delighted with their effort! I never regret calling them. The worker was very efficient! Two thumbs up Kips Bay Fast Handyman Services!
