I've been meaning to leave an review of one of the worst customer service experiences I had. THE OWNER IS WORST.RACIST UNPROFESSIONAL SPOILED BRAT. I went with another company happy as can be . save your time.
I had a heating emergency and CVN responded in very good time. The "tech" who came to help us ended up being the owner - when does that ever happen???? Charlie, was incredibly patient, knowledgable and kind. The receptionists are always helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company for your heating and A/C needs. Terrible customer service from the lady who answered the phone.Totally experience is,,, they are racist. I'm not white I'm Latino smh..shame on this company.
