Horrible service once they have your money they don’t answer the phone. They sent a crew to build a playground set for us and the people had no idea what they were doing. Those people left the set with broken pieces and also put together backwards. On top of it all they stopped working and never came back. Now we are left with a brand new playground set that no one wants to touch because those people did it all wrong and messed up the wood. When trying to contact BookACrewe no one ever answer or calls u back or they will call back once and do nothing to resolve the problem.

We were put in touch with a local handyman who was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to efficiently address a host of issues (secured blinds, a hand railing, stair risers, caulked bathtub). We are very pleased with the service.

I used BookACrewe for the 2nd time this July to replace a light fixture Kareen is a wonderful customer service rep - follow up & took initiative to fix my billing. And the electrician Artie that came was so careful & took care of everything perfectly on one of the hottest days of the summer. Thank you Kareen & the Crewe
