After having a bad experience with another plumbing business, I called Bloom Plumbing NYC at odd hours of the night, and they promptly sent someone to my house to diagnose and fix my water heater. I won't even begin to tell you how fair they were with the cost of the repair because I understand that they are in business to earn money, but fair is an understatement.
