Found Jack on Thumbtack and I am so glad I did!! He came to our rescue one early morning in under an hour from connecting with him via the app (he was able to squeeze us in). I first hired him to fix our toilet and he figured out the issue in no time! Since he did such a great job, we hired him to come back and fix our leaky faucet which he handled quickly. I’ve dealt with many plumbers in the past and no one has done as great a job as he has nor have they been as efficient, forward thinking, professional, or respectful as he’s been. He also took the time to cleanup after himself which hardly ever happens. I don’t have a super so whenever things break down I have to scramble to find someone. I’m happy to say I found my go to guy who is incredibly reliable. He even makes himself available via text if you have any questions about your issue. Jack is honestly not just the best plumber I’ve ever hired, he’s possibly the best service professional I’ve ever hired. He is skilled, honest, personable, communicative, and fair in his rates. He is prompt. He hides nothing from you, and in one case (I’ve happily used him more than once!) he did not charge me extra for a repair that took perhaps twice as long as it should have. With mechanics, electricians, plumbers and similar skilled technicians, one is always taking a chance. Trust me that you will not be sorry you took a chance on Jack.
