Be prepared to spend a lot more than you thought. There is no transparency in their pricing. I was told a service call would be $175 and that it would cover the work done. The plumber arrived and spent 1/2 hour removing a leaking pipe connecting to my ice maker under my sink. I didn’t want it replaced so he just removed it and closed it off. No parts were needed. He charged me $300.00. There was no explanation as to how he arrived at that number. For what was involved the service call fee should have covered it. Service: Repair water fixtures

Gutter got clogged due to fallen leaves. Thankfully we have a very dependable company around us. They sent one of their handymen over to our place and he immediately cleaned it. No more clogged gutters now. Thanks guys!!

i needed to install a new AC instead of the old one and two window shades installed Was named a price 200$ on the phone It took the technitian 50 minutes to do everything including the time he was on the phone or outside In the end seeing that i m just a young girl he started demanding 400! double the price i was promised It’s very sad that a grown man is doing that to womam. Thinking that she is either stupid and get het ripped off easily, or will just get scared or intimidated I am sure that if i had a man in the apartment this would never happen
