We needed a plumber at 3 o'clock in the morning for a major main water leak outside. We did an quick search and made the call. They were extremely responsive and it turned out to be a complicated problem that they were able to fix.
Donny was excellent to deal with. The plumber had everything done in less than an hour. He came in with booties on their feet which I appreciate since he respected my property, had all the parts on hand, and was pleasant to talk to.
Plumbing NYC was great! We had a pipe burst at 6:30 am and they were able to come out within 2 hours and assist. I called a number plumbers and all were unable to help until the following day, but they were able to bump me up in line as an emergency and come to help ASAP.
