Scheduled a virtual consultation and had a video call with a person named Dritero. He agreed to email the estimate for the work along with required paperwork for our building. Did not hear from them after that and there was no response to my texts. So unprofessional. Update: Since I posted this, I was contacted by Dritero. It seems there was some confusion around the communication. Rite Plumbing have provided an estimate.
I'd highly recommend Rite Plumbing & Heating. I looked at multiple plumbing companies through manhattan who were able to apply for building permits and found Rite Plumbing to offer the most competitive price and fair. I needed to install a utility sink in my unit and it required going through a condo board that wasn't very helpful. Rite Plumbing was very responsive and helpful through this process, they answered and returned all my calls. The installation went smoothly and did not require any rescheduling.
