Improper AC install, photos show work done. Absolutely astonished at the poor work and unwillingness to fix issues created. Summary: Created crack and 8 holes in windowsill (only 2 actually used), support was already fallen down, and was too high causing AC to tilt inward (water entry issue), large 3/8 inch gaps all around unit Posting this review after two days of initially requesting and being promised a different handyman to return to fix, hired someone else to fix installation (and full excess holes/cracks created with improper tools to prevent water entry). Today was promised a call back by evening regarding refund and no return call at midnight. Will update if they offer any resolution

We had an amazing service dealing with the stuff from this company. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job. I couldnt be more glad with the job they provided. Very professional and decent persons. I highly recommend them.
