I can not say enough good things about this company!! This is really a first class plumbing company. There's Erica who handles the calls. She is calm and collected and extremely nice with the most soothing voice ever.She is very attenrive to customers needs. Above all, let me mention STEVE who is a plumbing genius with years of valuable experience.He definitely knows his plumbing and his skill is TOP NOTCH!! If you don't use this highly rated plumbing and heating company then you are doing youself a disservice. Watson Plumbing and Heating is the best!! Use them and you won't regret it.

I MADE A CALL TO WATSON'S PLUMBING AND HEATING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO CHECK MY TOILET. I HAD GUEST OVER AND SOMEONE STUCK SOMETHING DOWN THE TOILET. I WAS FURIOUS, WATER WAS EVERYWHERE. I CALLED WATSONS AND THEY PROMISE THEY WILL BE THERE IN THE NEXT 30 MINS. TO MY SUPRISE PLUMBERS WERE THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND MY TOILET WAS NEVER A PROBLEM AGAIN. REASONABLE PRICE THANKS AGAIN WATSON CREW! I WILL DEFINTELY RECCOMEND

They refuse to give you any idea over the phone of their repair costs or ballpark estimates for standard repairs even in buildings that they are contracted with. So you have to schedule an appointment to know what their hourly rates are. That means that for someone with a full time job you’ll probably need to schedule twice with them even for a simple repair. If you’re retired or work from home I guess that’s fine. But in the modern world, that greedy policy no longer makes any sense.
